It's not even available on DirecTV anymore, given that changed the name to Audience Network, and are promoting it as being on Channel 239 near the other general-entertainment channels (although it's also still carried on Channel 101). With the "Commiecast" reference, I assumed Bob was taking a page from the Mark Jeffries playbook and mentioning real and/or imagined scrawlings from the right-wing section of the lunatic fringe, even when it's not strictly relevant to the actual content of the message.
