It's not even available on DirecTV anymore, given that changed the name to 
Audience Network, and are promoting it as being on Channel 239 near the other 
general-entertainment channels (although it's also still carried on Channel 
101).

With the "Commiecast" reference, I assumed Bob was taking a page from the Mark 
Jeffries playbook and mentioning real and/or imagined scrawlings from the 
right-wing section of the lunatic fringe, even when it's not strictly relevant 
to the actual content of the message.  Surely someone, in an anonymous comment 
somewhere online, has called them "Commiecast" because they own MSNBC.
