Simon Cowell has announced that he is putting together a West End musical (with the help of "X Factor"'s music director and the UK's Joel McHale equivalent Harry Hill) inspired by his reality talent comp franchise (of which the U.S. version premieres Wednesday on Fox) while it just happens that Cowell's old partner and "Idol" and "So You Think You Can Dance" owner Simon Fuller is putting together *his* own West End musical (with the help of the original producer of "Mamma Mia!" and Jennifer "Edina" Saunders) about a TV reality talent comp and shooting for a spring 32013 opening:
