Of course, that doesn't make them good shows, or pro-women shows, but it does undermine the claim that the rise of these shows is due to insufficient women in powerful positions in television. I agree that tagging this as "feminists are not happy with..." is as misleading as saying that Christians are not happy with Saving Private Ryan whenever a few crackpots bitch about the number of goddamns in the script. I also have to say that so far, while I did not mind seeing Whitney in some of those outfits, you don't have to be a crackpot feminist to moan about that show. -- TV or Not TV ....
