Yes, I think so. "Pan Am" surprised me with how well it held my
interest as I had just tuned in to see the CGI recreation of the Pan
Am Worldport and to see how hard they were leaning on "Mad Men". It's
in contention to be my favorite new drama of the Fall, edging past
"Person of Interest" because it's not nearly as grim and gray.

"Prime Suspect" is okay so far but they're going to have to find a few
more notes to play. I prefer "Unforgettable" which mixes a good cast
with an intriguing premise but this one will depend on the writers
devising interesting cases where her super-memory is a benefit, not
just a convenience. (USA's "Suits" managed this trick so I have hope
here.)

I'm going to give "Ringer" another week or two, but only because of
Sarah Michelle Gellar. It's very soapy and the problems of the bored
rich are mostly boring to me but I'm not quite ready to unset the
series recording on this one.
