Well, that was not quite the tag line for an NBC promo I just saw while watching Sunday Night Football, it actually ran: "It gets better with each episode". But it does seem to be acknowledging that the early shows were not very good, and inspiring viewers to stick with it. They might as well just go ahead and do a promo that goes: "Hey - Parks and Recreation sucked the first season too, and now its pretty good. Maybe the same will happen with Up All Night."
[I know, many here hate P&R - I will pause for snarky comments to be inserted here]. I don't see many commercials - did this just start tonight, or has it been running a while? Are there other examples of a network coming this close to acknowledging that one of its shows was not as good as it could be? -- TV or Not TV .... The Smartest (TV) People!
