I forget whether it was reported that Soledad O'Brien was returning to
the morning shift at CNN with a program that would replace the present
"American Morning," but it is now official.  In addition, Ashleigh
Banfield, who got attention for her 9/11 reporting for NBC and MSNBC
(and then got into trouble by dissing the network), will be co-
anchoring a new 5 a.m. program with Zoraida Sambolin, who was doing bi-
lingual work for Telemundo's WSNS in Chicago and NBC sister station
