I may have said this before, but this is no great loss. I find the revisal of the show to be dismal. Christy and Ignatiy have no chemistry and lack the (I'll call it) gravitas to back up their opinions. They also seem to lack the appreciation for film history that Gene and Roger had.
The contributors have been weak -- the ten-year-old "critic" being the nadir, along with the Asian woman with the voice and perspectives of an adolescent -- and the overall atmosphere of "who cares?" seems to be fulfilled in the lack of an audience or support. Really, the show should have ended once Gene was dead. Everyone else who's occupied those balcony seats have been a disappointment. --Dave Sikula On Dec 1, 12:07 pm, Ron Casalotti <[email protected]> wrote: > He and wife Chaz were shouldering most of the costs personally.
