Since the novelty of HD programming by itself wore off some time ago, Cuban's brought in the concert promoters AEG, the CAA agency and Ryan Seacrest to remake the channel around live concert performances and other live "entertainment and lifestyle" programming--the net will be renamed AXS TV in summer and will continue to air Dan Rather's newsmagazine series, which offers the rare mention of Rather and Seacrest in the same breath:
