The kind of band I wish SNL would book more often. I'm not a big fan of Arcade Fire, but I was glad to see them on the show because I think they're the type of act that deserves more mainstream exposure. For the same reason, I'm looking forward to Bon Iver, who'll be on SNL on February 4. I'd rather see SNL book more acts like them and fewer like Lady Antebellum and Robyn. I recently became Facebook friends with Lone Justice's lead singer, Maria McKee (we have a friend in common). Someone (not me) posted on her FB wall that he loved the band's SNL appearance; Maria wrote back that she hated that performance because she had laryngitis that night. So it goes. -Tim
