The trademark is (of course) owned by NCAA, and licenced to CBS and three Turner-owned networks... for a onetime charge of $3.99, you can access video of all tourney games, and lots of other neat online stuff, from most if not all platforms where sports entities have been streaming their products... CBS's own games will remain free on their site, while Turner will make theirs available to verified customers of video providers carrying their channels...
