The 68 opponents, who include Martin Sheen, Ed Harris, Valerie Harper,
Diane Ladd and former SAG presidents Ed Asner and Alan Rosenberg,
claim that current SAG president Ken Howard and his board breached
their fiduciary responsibility by failing to conduct a study on the
possible affect of the merger on benefits (as in negative):
