Alec Baldwin was on the Late Show the other night and promoted a biweekly podcast he does called Here's The Thing. I downloaded the interview he did with Lorne Michaels and after listening to it I recommend it. Baldwin knows how to ask short questions and step aside and Michaels knows how to give answers as stories. The interview has two parts: the first part is Michaels' background and goes to the first episode of SNL and the second part is about how Michaels works today. This is obviously a friendly interview so don't expect hard hitting questions. it's about the experiences of a writer and producer with 40+ years in TV.
