Here's the best I can piece together: they're treating Disney Junior
as a separate channel, with separate carriage negotiations. This means
that the March 24 drop-dead date isn't a switchover as much as a
launch date for Disney Junior, and once they get Disney Junior going
full time, they'll shut down SOAPnet. Until then SOAPnet will be run
under the ABC Family ops, which means you'll see some of the ABC
Family stuff over there. And as part of that, they're putting Veronica
Mars up on the weekends.
