"Grimm" goes from a 1.5 to a 2.8 in adults 18-49 and that's a success since
it is an 87% increase.  Is "Modern Family" less successful since its
increase is only 58%?  They went from a 4.8 to a 7.6.  "The Big Bang
Theory" must be a failure with a 32% increase, going from 5.3 to a 7.0.

The percentage increases always helps the low rated programs with the
smaller actual ratings increases.
