And TVBN said in the comments that if ABC Studios is talking to TBS, it would seem to indicate that "Cougar Town" is not getting renewed by ABC. Also considering Lawrence's battles with the network, the sudden cut from 22 episodes this season to 15 and the time slot vacated by "Work It," an incompatible lead-in and a time slot that ABC will pre-empt with "Dancing With the Stars" recap shows at the drop of a hat, I'm not surprised, either.
