Dave first stand-up on the TS was November 24, 1978. No sit-down with Johnny.
I believe he was called over to home base after his second stand-up on January 5, 1979. After his third appearance on February 22, 1979, he was asked to guest- host the show -- that occurred a month later, March 26, 1979.
