I'm going to try to make this as spoiler-free as I can. When they revealed one of the responses, Alex announced that it was ruled incorrect because it wasn't "legible". The response was only missing the last letter of the correct response, and even though I was running on a treadmill, I could easily make out what the contestant was trying frantically to write as the music ended.
