I saw an ad in Entertainment Weekly for this. I would love to see it, but it's either not on in Canada, or on an upper-tier cable channel that I don't get. Your description is pretty much how I'd describe it as well. I went to their website, and it actually looks like it might be interesting, beyond the visuals.
