Probably more annoying than privacy concerns is the fact that email addresses are being included - particularly in replies.
I'm not sure how easy it is to identify which "user" is the host account, or whether getting Google to take the blog down is the easier way to go. Oddly, the usual reason for something like this would be to generate page impressions for ads, yet there don't seem to be any ads carried. Perhaps there were once, and they got thrown out of Google AdWords or whatever, in which case, I suspect that the site is essentially dormant.
