One of my friends on Facebook posted something snarky about how Google ignored the D-Day anniversary in favor of the drive-in. I told him Google also ignored the 50th anniversary of the first time The Beatles walked into Abbey Road to record, and that Google isn't intended to be a memorial to war and sometimes you just have to roll with it.
