The article makes it clear that there was seating (and a wheelchair
lift) in Conan's studio but that Ramirez didn't want to sit on the
second level. A vague feeling that the lift might be inadequate
(instead of, you know, trying it or checking the specs) probably won't
meet the standards for non-compliance with the ADA.
