While I like James May's side jobs ("Oz and James Drink to Britain" is
great fun) and Jeremy Clarkson's solo work has its moments ("Clarkson
Meets the Neighbours" should be wrong on multiple levels but it
works), I've not been impressed with Hammond's standalone efforts.
Crash Course felt like what should have been ten minute segments of
"Top Gear" were stretched to a full hour. But the show gets another
season.
