A&E Networks, started with the merger of ABC and Hearst's ARTS and RCA's 
Rockefeller Center TV's Entertainment Channel (RCTV was folded into NBC 
after the sale of the Peacock to GE), is now solely owned by Hearst and ABC 
successor Disney, as Comcast takes $3B for its share of the company, whose 
arsenal includes Bio, History, H2, Lifetime, LMN and CI:

And Lauren Zazalnick is probably comfortable for the first time since A&E 
acquired Lifetime in 2009, as her NBCU-owned channel Oxygen is finally not 
under the same corporate umbrella as direct competitor Lifetime.
