 to the show's host Wesley Clark, nine former peace-prize winners 
gripe that the NBC competition "pays homage to no one anywhere and 
continues and expands on an inglorious tradition of glorifying war and 
armed violence."

The Peacock argues the homage is not to war, but to service and the people 
who engage in it.
