NBC has given a 22-ep order to Sony for next fall for a one-camera sitcom
(stop crying, Marc Berman) starring Fox as a father juggling work, family
and (as in real life) Parkinson's disease--the creators are Sam Laybourne
(son of Gerry Laybourne, the creator of Nickelodeon's "First Network for
Kids" strategy and Nick at Nite) and director Will Gluck ("Easy A," or my
happy introduction to Emma Stone):
