Living overseas, my first apartment in Kazakhstan had a major plumbing issue caused by my upstairs neighbors, resulting in large, oozing piles of sh*t spewing from the walls (like blood in a horror movie), engorging my front door and filling the floor of my bathroom, entryway, and living room.
Never had that in the US, so the US is better.
