ObDave: LNwDL, September 14, 1988: Dave (or the show) talked to the Miss
America chairman regarding a plea (not yet sure from which side) for
Carlson to guest on the show and also sit in with the band. As further
enticement to get her on the show, Drew Carter, from NBC's Legal
Department, said that he'd help her get into Harvard Law School. Then Dave
simulated an interview with "Miss America" (Biff) as they discussed
"Acceptable Questions and Unacceptable Questions for Miss America."

The following night, September 15, Gretchen Elizabeth Carlson, Miss America
1989, guested on LN for two home-base segments.
