They've already used old 'LS jingles in the past as an oldies station, mostly from the 80s from the Lujack/Brant Miller simulcast era (that's JAM Hot KIIS/Fresh KIIS for people like Jim and I) and the separation after Steve and Garry moved to the AM (JAM Flamethrower/Warp Factor, which were resung when the calls were changed to WYTZ and the station became known as "Z95"), but with some JAM 70s era cuts when they dropped the "FM" reference to become known as just "94.7 WLS"--since it's PPM, not diaries, they can get away with it now.
BTW, Shannon's midday show was voicetracked for Chicago--True Oldies Channel was only on overnights and weekends for the last few years. I'm assuming that it's the home automation now. Another BTW--the hardcore oldies freaks are hating it, even if the only pre-Beatles songs they were playing were during TOC hours and Dick Biondi's Friday-night request show (which was taken off when the amazingly resilient Biondi, who's about 500 years old now, was moved to late-nights earlier this year). A more legit complaint is that they're putting the brakes on personality, which is weird when you have a Winston and a Landecker on your staff.
