I seem to recall posting something about it when it first announced earlier this year--it's a good idea (I can't see how it's executed because Nick Jr. is one of the channels I lost when I cut back on cable) but it seems to me that if you're running a kids channel that dayparts age-appropriate programming, you better have two feeds, and I don't think any of the Nick spinoff channels do (or, for that matter, Disney Junior or PBS Kids Sprout, but they've remained resolutely pre-school only, even if the little nimrods should be in bed at midnight).
