Nicollette Sheridan had requested an appeal for her case of wrongful-termination against Disney and ABC (after her claim that "Desperate Housewives" showrunner Marc Cherry slapped her endied her run on the show as Edie), which ended in a mistrial in 2001 and of which a retrial was thrown out of court on a technicality in September--no indication if she's going to take the case to federal court:
