I know HBO stayed with it for the duration. NJTV (the former NJN) appears to have aired the whole thing, but on a 30min delay for some reason.
A logistics question: I know that the concert telecast ended at about 1:20, but was the broadcast delayed at all? After Billy's goodnight in front of the full crowd, they cut to a sponsor billboard, and when they cut back to MSG, the floor looked almost deserted.
