Brad Landers choreographed the music video for the gay-pop group the 
Scissor Sisters' "Let's Have a Kiki" and got deferred payment for it--when 
"Glee" used what looked like his choreography for their version of the song 
(interpolated with "Turkey Lurkey Time" from "Promises, Promises" and 
featuring guest performer Sarah Jessica Parker), he didn't ask for money, 
just credit--and they refused to give it to him, saying it was a "homage", 
like most of their musical numbers:
