What "transition" does she want made seamless? The nets just insert placeholder commercials in the slots reserved for the locals (so that there's no dead air if the local technicians are asleep at the switch), and the locals are supposed to insert their commercials into the feed over top of them. Kinda hard to ask for your money back, if you're the one screwing up the process. J

Service Electric, even for keeping up with all the latest systems, still takes as much as 2 seconds before theirs kick in.
