NBC's problems so far in 2013 have been alluded to here, but I don't think
as systematically as laid out here:
http://news.yahoo.com/nbc-stumbles-deep-midwinter-freeze-ratings-low-205730067.html

I thought I would add it to this thread, which noted that in addition to
losing SNF, NBC was putting the shows that had helped it to surprising
dominance in the Fall of 2012 in hibernation until March. It seemed their
hopes to keep their head above water were pinned on Smash and The Biggest
Loser; if so, those hopes have been dashed:

"The audiences for [Smash, Do No Harm, Deception, and 1600 Penn] put
together roughly equaled the number of people who saw "The Walking
Dead,"... on AMC on Sunday night...Thirty-three other broadcast programs
had bigger audiences than NBC's most-watched show last week, "Dateline
NBC." Meanwhile TVBTN reports that The Biggest Loser had its season low
rating in the demo this week (2.0).

OTOH, things looking for the Eye: "CBS, led by the Grammy Awards,
thoroughly dominated prime time on broadcast TV last week. Its average
audience was twice that of second-place Fox. Seventeen of the 20 top
broadcast programs last week were on CBS, with the exceptions being two
episodes of American Idol on Fox and ABC's Modern Family." (Yahoo)
