Mitchell Kreigman, the creator of the 90s Nick sitcom "Clarissa Explains It All," is returning to the Clarissa Darling character in a novel to be published next year called "Things I Can't Explain," in which Clarissa muses on her becoming a 23-year-old adult (in a remarkable instance of soap opera aging, since she was 17 when the series ended in 1997):
