The spinoff of FX, aimed at 18-34 viewers (while FXM, the nighttime version of Fox Movie Channel, aims at 25-54 and the mothership aims at 18-49), launches on Sept. 2 in 74M homes (no indication if it's replacing Fox Soccer Channel)--"The League" will join "Sunny in Philly" on the new channel, along with future new comedy series and reruns of "Parks and Rec" and "Mike and Molly"--among other things, the mothership will see a televersion of "Fargo" with the Coens as EPs and "Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell" will become a strip to compete with Jay, Dave, Jimmy K Jimmy F, SCG, Carson the Tool, Jon, Stephen, Conan, Chelsea and (pant, pant) Andy:
