The Burbank Leader reports that the building now known as the Burbank Studios will be taken over by iHeartRadio, Clear Channel's audio service that provides streams of terrestrial radio stations (both CC and other owners, including Cumulus, college radio stations, the Christian music K-Love and Air1 and public radio stations WNYC NY and KCRW LA) and Pandora-style custom streams (which now offer news, weather and traffic updates inserted by locality, something Pandora doesn't offer and Slacker only offers to premium subscribers, and only national newscasts from ABC and ESPN Radio)--the 10-year lease will start when NBC moves "Tonight" to NY, the news department and "Access" to Universal and "Days" to Sony (?) next year:
