I have heard some people claim that MeTV does edit (and complain about it).
 I suspect that they don't edit themselves, but just take what the
syndicator gives them, since the syndicators nowadays do the cutting.
 People should probably be relieved that Me runs the credits fullscreen and
with the theme music playing (not even a voice-over from the former image
voice of WPWR whose name both Jim and I have forgotten but was a secretary
at the station when she first started doing the V/Os), unlike TV Land
(although I'm sure TVL claims that running the credits the way they do
gives you 30 more seconds of program than if they ran the credits as made).

I'm just surprised that none of the subchannels or cable channels have
asked 20th to give them the laughtrackless versions of "MASH" (the show
aired that way in the UK after the first season).
