Remember the whole Manti T'eo thing? Remember when Phil McGraw had the guy who supposedly did the voice of T'eo's "girlfriend"? They had a cliffhanger in which there was some question as to whether the guy would do the voice of the girlfriend on the show. McGraw's production company is suing Gawker because Deadspin posted video of the second part once it aired in the earliest possible window (before 9:30 AM ET), before most of the country could see it, which it says caused it to lose viewers using a Hollywood math that would get a second grader laughed out of the room.
