The mostly-arts channel run by Hubbard Broadcasting has picked up "A Young 
Doctor's Notebook," the four-part mini about a doctor looking back on his 
youth starring Jon Hamm and Daniel Radcliffe that aired first on the UK's 
Sky Arts last year to unusual acclaim for a satellite channel over 
there--Ovation is hoping that it will draw people to their channel, which 
has the problem that the old Bravo and A&E had of having programming that 
doesn't appeal to enough people to draw advertisers (so they have to add 
"Fame" and "So You Think You Can Dance" reruns)--and a primary audience 
that is hostile and cynical about television in the first place:
