It's about kids with paranormal powers--once again, it's The CW. THURSDAY 8:00-9:00 PM THE VAMPIRE DIARIES 9:00-10:00 PM REIGN (New Series) The story of Mary, Queen of Scots. Yes, on The CW. The only familiar name in the cast list I've seen is Megan Follows, the Canadian who starred in "Avonlea," for those of you who had Disney Channel back before the days of crappy sitcoms. FRIDAY 8:00-9:00 PM THE CARRIE DIARIES (New Night) 9:00-10:00 PM AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL The Show That Could Not Die, seemingly on its last legs as a summer series, but the last remnant of UPN will get a fall slot this time.
