I'm up to episode 10 and agree with Jim. I was nervous watching the
first episode, but both the story and the humor build upon each other.
It isn't a spoiler to point out that each episode centers around one
of the ensemble characters, and I think a fair criticism can be made
that some characters simply are not meant to be the focus and are
designed more to be either the quick setup or quick delivery for quick
jokes. But overall I'm happy with season 4.
