Mark & Brian was a radio duo in Los Angeles for over 25 years. When they parted ways last summer, each host created his own podcast. Mark Thompson chose his wife as his cohost and centers his podcast very loosely around relationships (very loosely). Most of the time the show is based out of their North Carolina home, but every few months they go back to Los Angeles and do a week of shows from the same building (different studio) where he did his radio show. Being in LA, they can more easily book guests, and being a podcast, the interviews are lengthy. This week there were a few TV related shows that I recommend, specifically the interview with Bob Saget and the interview with newlyweds Melissa Gilbert and Timothy Busfield. And if you are at all a fan of Kurt Russell, his extended interview (and wine tasting) is worth checking out.
