Just to be clear, I think the allegation here is that Finke has been sending poison emails like "I'm going to f*uck you" (which itself is an interesting construction - is she literally threatening to have sexual intercourse with these guys?) not to Penske himself, but to other industry-types she blames for giving "scoops" to her competitors. These emails then got forwarded to Penske (see: "he was firing Finke, complaining she had crossed the line one too many times in sending poison-pen emails berating sources over scoops she lost to competitors").
