I'm not sure why this is so shocking. Six Flags Great Adventure (Jackson, NJ) charges $63 for a one-day admission, and I'd argue that there's a lot more to do at the Magic Kingdom. Plus, SFGA charges for front-of-line access, where Disney's system is free, but more limited.
