The "Northbound and Down" star is the creator and co-producer of "Chozen," an animated sitcom (with animation done by the "Archer" people of Floyd County Productions) about a white rapper just sprung from prison (voiced by "SNL"'s Bobby Moynihan), which will be the first original series developed for the FX spinoff channel, which is expected to launch on Sept. 2 (replacing Fox Soccer Channel, so I've heard)--no date for the premiere of this series yet:
