They need to call it The Jimmy Fallon Show and let him sink or swim on his own name instead of desperately trying to cling to the legacy of hosts long gone. But they won't because Fallon doesn't have enough of a name draw, and -- as we learned from Conan -- NBC isn't going to be patient and give him time to build an audience.
