In an attempt to take advantage of the lower ASCAP rate for web sites run
by owners of broadcast properties, the streamer who pays out a ton of
royalties has bought Rapid City, SD's hot AC KXMZ "Hits 102.7" ("Today's
Hits Without the Rap")--think it'll work?:

BTW, Pandora intends not to change the call letters or format, but they
