SE Cupp is cute as a button, but can't form two sentences coherently without a teleprompter, and stumbles mightily when she uses a prompter. I've seen her on Real Time once or twice and a few times on her MSNBC sinkhole of a show. If I was running MSNBC, I'd be glad to be rid of her. As for Gingrich, he is such a parody of two-faced conservatism that you'd think he was a character in an SNL sketch. Preaches family values despite having no values of his own. His record in government is one of almost total failure.
That said, I've never heard of either liberal talking head.
