The complaint of Mr Singleton cited in the NYT<http://mediadecoder.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/11/20/kevin-clash-elmo-puppeteer-resigns/?smid=tw-share&_r=0>last November refers to Title 18 United States Code, section 2422, <http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2422>which punishes those who coerce/entice others across state lines to engage in unlawful sexual acts.
